Non for Profit needs a live in house manager to:
-Monitor/track & record tenants duties
-Assist with upkeep of property
-Drive tenants to doctors, groceries, store, other locations, etc
-Performance evaluation; promotion possibilities, will be reviewed in 180days
-Must be experienced driving 15 passenger van
-Must have clean license, or in process of obtaining license within 30days
-No Smoking
-No Alcohol
-No Drugs
Property is in Gwinnett County, GA. Relocation assistance and reimbursement will be evaluated on a case by case basis
